Bellevue, WA, USA. 17th of December 2020 - DRVision Technologies LLC (DRV) has entered a Business Transfer Agreement with SVision LLC (SV) which will come into effect on the 18th of December 2020.
Under the agreement, all employees, Aivia development & commercialization, research grants, business contracts, key intellectual property (e.g. patents) and other assets will transition from DRV to SV. From the 18th of December DRV will enter a winding down phase which will result in its full dissolution, which will happen as soon as possible.
From the transition date SV will be a fully independent entity controlling 100% of its equity. DRV was a joint venture between SV and Nikon.
All DRV employees have agreed to transition to SV with the same roles and responsibilities. In the future, we expect to expand the team in order to better support our growing business.
SVision LLC will continue to operate in the same location as DRVision Technologies LLC: 15921 NE 8th St, Bellevue, WA 98008

At conferences and other public settings we will use "Aivia" or "Aivia Software" as our preferred name. Aivia (name and logo) are protected Trademarks owned by SVision LLC.
