How to get a Aivia Community license?

I've tried to run this version but I get a "Unable to validate serial key" error. What do I have to do?

Hi ruediger.ide! In order to get an Aivia Community license, make sure your computer is connected to the internet. When you launch the software for the first time, you may also need to launch the program as an administrator in order to allow the software to retrieve the license.

Hello, I am also seeing this same error. I have tried launching as admin, but the same "unable to validate serial key" error persists. Please let me know if there is an alternative solution.

Hi @Adam,

On the registration screen, go to the "Community" tab (see below for a screencap). Enter your information and click the "Register" button (if the button looks grayed out, try clicking away from the email field). This should activate the software.

Please let us know if you continue to have issues activating Aivia Community.
