From Eye to Insights, Simplified
Deep-learning powered Segment by Example for 2D and 3D cell segmentation
Aivia 15 empowers scientists with intuitive tools for powerful insights, no AI expertise needed. Simply paint on cells of interest for deep-learning powered detection (modified from Cellpose [1]), ensuring accurate segmentation adapted for cellular variations. Segment by Example lets any scientist harness AI for rapid insights without coding or deep-learning model training.

Optimized Analysis with Aivia Launchpad
Aivia Launchpad simplifies quantitative analysis with pre-set Guided Sequences and tutorials. Aivia presents relevant analysis options based on your desired endpoint and image dimensions. Customize your analysis with Flexible Chevrons that can be modified, saved, reloaded, and shared.
Effortless Data Exploration for Deeper Insights
Use Measurement Selectors to quickly navigate through charts based on different measurements. Gain insights from large datasets with our new heatmap binned scatterplot visualization. Easily phenotype by gating based on measurements or directly on charts (scatterplot/dimensionality reduction).
Automatic Summary Reports for Rapid Insight Sharing
Share your findings with automated summary reports, including metadata, segmentation settings, phenotyping results, and charts exportable in .html, .docx, and .md file formats.

Faster Insights, Simplified
3D Insights Up to 69% Faster & Easy to Use Workflow Creator
Accelerate your 3D insights by up to 69% [2] with our fastest mesh creation and smoothing for all 3D analysis pipelines. Easily create batch analyses for objects, phenotypes, spatial relations, classification, and channel modification with the Workflow Creator. Generate insights about object-based colocalization (partial, full and %-based overlap), and nearest neighbor analysis (nearest, nearest 5, and all in the search range) for any object sets or phenotypes.

Drag-and-drop import of 26 Bioimage.io models into Aivia, with new file format support
Phenotype Export for Leica’s Laser Microdissection Microscopes
Export cells based on measurements, object class, or classified phenotypes for laser dissection on Leica LMD microscopes, with automated assignment to collection tubes or multiwell plates.

More Tools for Discovery
Supporting active collaboration with the scientific open-source community, we now offer drag-and-drop import of 26 Bioimage.io models (converted to .aiviadl) directly into Aivia’s recipe console. The re-packaged models are available on Aivia's model library.
Users can also open files from virtual slide scanners (Aperio .svs, Hamamatsu .ndpi/.vms, Mirax .mrxs, and Phillips .tiff) and Akoya .qptiff for spatial biology analysis and interactive exploration of multiplexed data.
