“We will be presenting the latest results of one of our R&D projects during the annual meeting of the American Society for Cell Biology taking place in San Francisco between the 3rd and the 6th of December. Our work will be presented in two posters (P872 and P873) in the New Technologies for Cell Biology 2 session on Monday the 5th of December. The first of the two posters covers our new approach, powered by machine learning tools, to detected and quantify induced motor neurons found among other, low value, cells types (i.e. fibroblasts). The second posters showcases the results obtained after the poster was submitted and accepted – this poster discusses a revolutionary way to infer morphological states (and transitions between different states) from a plethora of measured morphometric parameters. The work we will present at ASCB16 will gradually be integrated in SVCell – please contact us if you would like to use any of the tools mentioned in the very short term. At ASCB16 you can find us at booth 935.
